PrizmDoc for Office 365 and Create Rendition for SharePoint Online are entirely cloud hosted apps. The licensee or evaluator of these apps does not need to manage any additional hardware to host any component of the apps. Each app has components that integrate into Office 365 and/or SharePoint online. Each app also has a server component that is hosted by Accusoft Corporation.
PrizmDoc for Office 365 requires an Office 365 tenant with one or more of the following applications:
Create Rendition for SharePoint Online requires an Office 365 tenant with:
The installation and configuration of PrizmDoc for Office 365 can only be completed by an Office 365 tenant administrator.
Once the installation of PrizmDoc for Office 365 is completed, the installation of Create Rendition for SharePoint Online requires a SharePoint administrator to publish the app to the SharePoint app catalog. From there, one or more SharePoint site administrators can manage the deployment of the app to SharePoint sites.
To successfully install Create Rendition for SharePoint Online, the Office 365 tenant must have PrizmDoc for Office 365 correctly installed and configured with a valid
Accusoft Services account key.
As is covered in the Licensing section of this document, the licensee or evaluator of PrizmDoc for Office 365 must have a valid Accusoft Services account.
